How We Work: Aluminum Systems from Drawings to Delivery

You send drawings, we quote, you approve, we produce, pack and ship your pergolas, glazing, windows and doors. Pergolas, glazing and other systems take 10–14 days of production, windows and doors 24–28 days, plus about one week of powder coating. Projects of 10 houses or more take about one month longer. Some systems are in stock and ship right away. After that, delivery within Europe takes up to 7 days, and a sea container to the USA or Canada takes 28–32 days.

Seven steps of an Aluminante order

Send your project.Drawings, a specification, a BOQ or a design from our configurator, on WhatsApp or through the quote form.
Quotation.We select the systems, check sizes and options, and send a detailed quotation.
Approval.You confirm every opening, color and option before production starts.
Production.Lead time depends on product and volume. At our factory pergolas, glazing and other systems take 10–14 days, windows and doors 24–28 days. Projects of 10 houses or more take about one month longer.
Powder coating.About one week, in the color or wood-grain finish you choose.
Packing and export documents.We list the dimensions and weight of every package and prepare the full set of export documents.
Shipping.Freight goes through our specialized logistics partners, or you can use your own forwarder. Either way, we supervise loading.

Every system comes with a 10-year warranty.

How long does it take?

How much does shipping cost?

On average, from €1 200 within Europe, from $2 200 for a consolidated shipment and about $6 500 for a container to the USA or Canada.

$2 200 is the minimum rate carriers charge for a consolidated shipment to North America. Freight is quoted for each project, based on volume, port and delivery address.

Port, door or job site: which delivery terms do you offer?

We deliver to the port, to your door or straight to the job site, whichever suits your project. Our main option for door and job-site delivery is DAP. Terms follow Incoterms 2020:

EXW Ex Works	You collect the goods at our facility with your own forwarder. We prepare the export documents and supervise loading.
FOB Free On Board	We deliver the goods to the port of loading and load them on board. Your forwarder handles the sea freight.
CIF Cost, Insurance and Freight	We pay sea freight and insurance to your port of destination.
DAP Delivered at Place	Our main option. We deliver to your door or job site. You handle unloading, import customs clearance and duties.
DDP Delivered Duty Paid	On request. We deliver to your door or job site with import clearance and duties included.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. Send us your forwarder's contact, and we provide:

dimensions and weight of every package;
the full set of export documents;
the loading address and time;
supervision of loading at our facility.

How long does delivery to the USA take?

A sea container takes 28–32 days after loading. Production comes first: 10–14 days for pergolas, glazing and other systems or 24–28 days for windows and doors, plus about one week of powder coating.

Do you ship within Europe?

Yes. Delivery takes up to 7 days after production, from €1 200 on average.

Do you deliver door to door?

Yes. Under DAP terms we deliver to your door or job site, and you pay import clearance and duties. DDP, with duties included, is available on request. We can also ship to your port (CIF) or hand the goods to your forwarder (EXW, FOB).
