Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Aluminante ("we", "us") collects through aluminante.com, our advertising and our messaging channels, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, write to tr@aluminante.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. When you fill out a form, request a quote or a catalog, or message us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you provide: your name, email, phone number, company, location and the details of your project, including drawings, specifications and photos.
  • Information from our ads. When you reply to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us your message and the public profile details you chose to share with it.
  • Business contact details from public sources. We collect company names, work emails and phone numbers that businesses publish on their websites and in professional directories, to tell them about our systems.
  • Usage information. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and our website platform's built-in statistics. They record pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the ad that brought you to the site. Our Contacts page also shows an embedded Google map, which may set Google cookies.

How we use it

  • To answer your request, prepare quotes and technical proposals for your project, and follow up on them.
  • To send businesses information about our systems. Every message lets you ask us to stop, and we will.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising, including showing our ads to people with similar professional interests.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as they need it: our website and form hosting provider, email and messaging services, Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising and messaging). We may upload hashed email addresses and phone numbers to Meta so our ads reach existing business contacts and similar audiences. Meta matches and then deletes them. When your project moves forward, we share the details needed for shipping with our freight and logistics providers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project correspondence and quotes for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, unless we have to keep it by law.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Write to tr@aluminante.com.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
  • Depending on where you live (for example California, Canada, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to such requests within the time the law sets.

How to delete your data

Email tr@aluminante.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the address, or with the phone number, you used to contact us. We will delete your information from our records and our service providers and confirm within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

We protect the information we receive with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
